Delivery

On the day of delivery, the forwarding agent can fix the date within about 6 hours.

Your garden shed will be delivered by a very large truck (40 ton truck, 18 m long, 4 m high and 2.5 m wide). A forklift truck is brought along for loading the house. Please note that the access road as well as the holding and unloading facilities are available for a truck of this size. However, we do also offer "handballing" where the driver will manually unloads the house piece by piece, if necessary.

Our delivery times are all approximate and may vary slightly during the high season due to the high volume of orders.

Returns

Would you like to return the delivered products within the 14-day revocation period? We are sorry that you were not convinced by our products. Please contact our customer service via our returns service. We will then contact you shortly with the return address. Please do not send any goods to our business address, as we cannot accept goods in our office.

You are responsible for organising the return transport and its costs. In case of shipping goods, we offer a no-obligation return service. The cost of this service is £255.

If the minimum order value previously reached is lower than the order value due to cancellation and/or return, the exemption from shipping costs expires.
